Colorado Grill - Hot Springs

I’m honestly so sad it took us so long to find this gem. Our friends ‘52 Jeep broke down just outside and we popped in to have a drink. Jade and Jessica are AWESOME!! They went above and beyond. They were so helpful and accommodating! I can’t say enough good things! The other patrons we met were also just as awesome and chill! Will definitely be back a few times before the end of the month!

I can't say enough good things about this fantastic eatery. I am a local resident of Hot Springs and I have dined here on several occasions. This place is the best for quality of food and price. It is not an extensive menu but frankly that's what you like when you want to stop in for a good meal. I would give the Trough 10 stars if I could! Jessica is the owner and she is devoted To the fine service for her customers. Jade is her bar keep and both women once again do a fantastic job.

My family of six went to the restaurant at 2 PM and found only three to four couples dining. The place was practically empty, yet we were turned away because they had a 21 and over policy for four days. This decision seemed absurd, especially considering the early hour and lack of customers. It appears that they are so busy that they can afford to reject families wanting to dine there.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had! I went to the restaurant today with two friends. We sat down at a table but couldn't find a waitress, so we went to the bar to order drinks. When I tried to order food from the waitress, she was extremely rude and said I had to order from the bar. The table we were sitting at was apparently reserved, but there was no sign indicating that. The owner, Jessica, came over and told us to move to another table, which only had one chair. When I asked for two more chairs, she told us to leave. It was unbelievable that she was kicking us out for simply waiting for a friend to arrive. I will never return to this restaurant and recommend everyone try a different place in downtown Hot Springs. The drink selection and menu were both disappointing, and there are plenty of other businesses in the area that treat their customers better. Owners like "Jessica" make it difficult for other small businesses to succeed with their poor treatment of customers.
