Mine Shaft Rock House - Houghton

Yesterday's service was horrific! 2 hours traveled and that was a planned stop in our daily trip. I was there about 4 years ago and found it to be a funny place. at the arrival we ordered child meal for the 2 children and went to the arcade area to stretch and become actiw. about the half of the games didn't work properly so we decided to eat again. gets starter and then pizza. asked waitress why children took so long and was told that the meat was bad, but it was corrected and would be good to eat. tasted pizza and it was lazy, fermented marinara taste, server took it back and with in minutes of the owners approached us. Several times the owner came back to tell us that she was nothing wrong with the pizza. After the fourth time we asked her to leave the table, as we had already ordered again and we tried to enjoy our meal. she immediately came out of command and threatened to call the police. we offered to take our food and were accompanied from the restaurant. We've never done it like that! 3 of the 6 adult in our group are entrepreneurs and we couldn't believe the scene and all around. definitiw no place for children! our 2 and 7 years were cried and very frightened! we will not return.

Pizza was blanching. No people here still had to look for waiters to bring a scary. never asked if we need more drinks.

Fantastic every time! Super friendly staff, family centered fun! A great place for food and games.

Staff were accommodating and friendly. Prices are reasonable for bowling with the hourly rate especially with a smaller group. Games could be a bit more exciting.

It’s good but arcade is small and could use wider variety of prizes
