Arby's - Houma

When I pulled up at the drive through at around 8PM, I was asked to speak a little louder at first because the teller couldn 't hear me. When I did speak louder, I was then told to Use my inside voice . I decided that I would eat somewhere that I wouldn 't be talked to as a 3 year old, but as I passed by the drive thru window, I could see the staff inside laughing and smiling.I 'm not gonna sugarcoat it: this was beyond rude and disrespectful. I have never had a bad experience with this location since it opened. Absolutely appalling.

We totally enjoyed eating here today. Met up with my daughter grandsons.Used coupons, which kept cost down. Nice. My daughter had those.The food was great.But we totally loved the atmosphere here! We were impressed.Thank you for good food a nice environment, too. ?

Arby's roast beef, a US fast food tradition. Horse radish sauce never disappoints. Piles of thin sliced beef, tender and tasteful. From order to pickup in dining room is fast.
