Domino's Pizza - Houma

The prices are excellent, and the pizzas are always prepared exactly the way I request.

I had a disappointing experience with customer service at this restaurant. This is the second time I've encountered issues. This time, a staff member named Bailey mishandled my order and didn’t apologize or offer to fix the problem before leaving for the day. There was no follow-up or accountability. I’ve decided that this will be my last visit. It seems that this location struggles to uphold the standards of a Domino's, which might explain why the east side location closed down. It's quite disappointing.

The pizza was from Domino's, and the delivery was courteous. However, the staff was very unhelpful. I called to report an issue and they claimed that I hadn't placed my order correctly, despite it being clearly detailed on both my receipt and the pizza box.
