Texas Roadhouse - Houma

We had a good time this evening. We arrived right before the evening rush, so we didn't have a long wait for a table. Jaedyn was our server. She did a very good job at talking care of our table. She was friendly, and got our orders to us quickly. The food was great and tasty. We'll be back again.

1st Time Here, And The Food Was Great I Had A Steak,With Mushrooms And Jack Cheese. Drank A Strawberry/Lemonaid.

Food was amazing as usual. I love their green beans. Try the Kenny cooler absolutely delicious.

This is not a reflection of the waitstaff or the food. Both are consistently good at this location, which is always very busy as well. This is more a reflection on management and the corporate staff. The website and other statements might suggest this company cares about accessibility and inclusiveness, but reality does not match their stated goals. Simply put, from the fan in the way of the entry door, to the vestibule layout, to the width of the pathways in the restaurant, to the training provided to local staff on how to notice and recognize the needs of the disabled community this location has a long way to go. My daughter uses a walker, I cannot imagine how they would accommodate anyone in a wheelchair. In this day and age, this is unacceptable. Do better for your guests please.

We were a party of 10 our food orders were all done just as wanted. Our server was delightful and checked on us several times to make sure we were taken care of. Place was super busy however was satisfied with overall experience.
