I ordered the first birthday cake of my sohnes and the results it is excellent and excellent. this is the only one to load, in which I can order cake and its vain. I recently ordered a cake for my brother and I was completely disappointed by the service. I ordered almost 3 cakes each year for my family members and had ordered almost 15 cakes in my last 4 years. I think very much that I am known in this business. every year I chose cake from the loading display, which costs about £18 £20 and this time, as it is a great occasion and has decided to order special cake for my family member. I was looking for different options and the shop type started to increase prices for my preferences. as everyone knows, normal cake costs around £20. I was looking for number cake and he said it would cost extra £5. then I asked for red velvet and he said extra £10 for red velvet. since red velvets are not available in the display, I must give my own basic design on the cake and he said there would cost more £5 for design. all together the cake costs £40, which doubles the price of the original cake and told me to order 3 days before the delivery date what I have done. I am willing to pay £40 because it is a special occasion. I went back the next day to confirm my order and also write it on the cake. while I confirmed my order, he was as if they were taking too much care and he convinced me that they would get the best cake. Yeah, I'm worried about it because I pay 40 pounds and it's very special. if the cake does not get to the expectation, then full-cake would have dropped. I feel good to check the order when I paid £40 and he used his business tactics to convince the customer. I just left the load in the hope that I would get best torte and agreed to pay £40. I came to collect at the delivery time and after the look of the cake, I was completely disappointed. I asked about the number of cake and I know it would be 2 layers with fat pay (cushions and above of which pay fat). he drew the number with the cream and said it's a number cake. he can even do it without loading £10 because it is only with the hand to draw. every shop writes this for free. I expected to pay bravely as shown in pictures or on web pages. also the number was not properly drawn because it used to draw its free hand. I was like, have I extra £10 for this cream that is drawn in number and have I paid £40 for this cake? also, I clearly mentioned decorate glitter on the full outside of the cake and he just held that in the floor. He was like you told me. he drew the sample cake on paper when I ordered and when I said that he was on the side full glitter, he put pattern puppets on the pie chart. I thought it was a pattern chart to understand and I thought he understood what I mean. but when I looked at the cake, there were very few glittering glitter on the side (only at the bottom not completely side of the cake) and he was like, so they said me and he showed his diagram. he has not geduld to hear what I mean, and he pushed his mistake on me. When it was red along, I think cake should be of red color, but cake was in dark pink. I was like I ordered red velvet or pink velvet? color combination and design on the cake was very bad. there are many online number cakes or even other stores that look good and somewhat cheaper compared to coffee cream. I felt that the display cakes in the coffee cream with the best design are cheaper and more attractive compared to one that I ordered. at least I would have been happy if I would have preferred to display pancakes for £20 instead of this £40 cake. I feel cake is not worth £40 and it is not only my opinion, but also my family members said the same. I am really so sorry for negative feedback, am not happy with the cake they have delivered.
