Contribuisci feedbackHello, I would like to share my experience with the restaurant Firezza. I placed an order online but unfortunately, they did not fulfill it. I have made multiple attempts to contact different branches and their head office, as well as sending emails to request a refund, but I have not received a response. It appears that the company is facing a legal case in June with the case number 828. I would recommend verifying the information or removing them from your website.
I ordered takeout from this restaurant last night and it arrived on time, delivered by a very pleasant gentleman. The pizzas were good, but they lacked toppings. The sides were tasty, but there was not enough dip. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but I don't think it was worth the price, even with the £10 discount I received. I was also disappointed to find that there was a better deal advertised on the website that was not available to me.
I have been a customer of your Notting Hill branch for some time. I ordered online as usual. To my annoyance my pizza arrived (cold) from the West Hampstead branch. I was informed that this branch has closed. If I had known during the ordering process I would not have ordered from somewhere well over 20 minutes away. To rub salt into my cold pizza the order was wrong and arrived 40 minutes later than expected. I feel for the guys in West Hampstead as they should not have received my order. Totally unacceptable for a website to not inform the customer that the order would now be fulfilled by a different branch.
Like many other people who have reviewed this restaurant for takeaway, we ordered a pizza on a Friday night at 1950, were told it would arrive at 2020, and then it didn’t turn up until 2150!! So two hours after we ordered...the tracker continually said it would arrive at 2020 and the branch would not pick up the phone, despite my ringing 5 times. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and one of our dips was missing. So disappointing as we loved ordering from Firezza’s Battersea branch and never had an issue. The one saving grace is that I contacted Head Office and they gave us a full refund. Good way to deal with this. But why not just work to improve the delivery service at this restaurant?
We ordered delivery directly from Firezza Chiswick and I was scared it wouldn't come, and if it did it would be cold (like all the reviews say , but we asked for it to come for a certain time and it came on the dot and was hot and delicious! (phew So don't be disheartened necessarily :
