Mcdonald's - HOUNSLOW

This McDonald's restaurant is just like any other I've visited - organized and consistent. It can get busy at times, but overall it's a very good experience.

The food at this restaurant is consistently served cold. Despite living in the same town, we choose to order from a different restaurant because we have been informed that the Feltham McDonald's is independently run and not affiliated with the actual McDonald's chain. That may explain the subpar quality of food.

Review of Feltham McDonald's: The wait time to receive your order is incredibly long. I had to go up to the counter to collect my order as indicated, but had to wait 5 minutes to actually receive it. By the time I got my order, my number had already disappeared from the display. Another customer before me had the same issue. There is no one consistently at the front counter whenever I have visited. We have to call out because we can't even see the employees behind the counter. We can hear them yelling and joking in the kitchen. As a working individual, I am constantly running late due to the long waiting time. The staff all seem to be in their own world and it is frustrating to see them come back to attend to customers with a smile after joking around. This is my fifth time experiencing this and nothing has changed. No apologies or explanations were given.

Got a delivery, ordered a large spicy chicken burger meal and found blue plastic in my burger. not happy !

Despite being a loyal company of several years, out of the blue I get a demand for overdue parking. It refers to a previous notice which was never received. McDonalds outsourcing to cowboy firms who intimidate their clients is a very poor customer relations choice. I will ensure not afford my patronage in the future.
