Barnaby's Cafe - Houston

This has to be the worst barnabys I’ve been to. Just look at the lettuce bun.. with the tiny top and huge bottom piece. And the size of that brownie for 2.50?! They’re normally huge. Every other barnabys I’ve been to I’ve never complained, but I won’t be returning to this one and recommend you avoid it as well.

Never been to the Fountainview location but long time fan of Barnaby's. Really great lunch solo got the fatoosh salad which was huge. I also got a bison burger but ate it so quickly no photos were taken. Fries were fresh and tasty almost did not regret getting sweet potato fries. Also got the best lemonade and tried to finish the whole quart but alas left some behind. If I had room would have gotten a cake but next time. Oh saw the cutest pups on the patio because they are dog friendly. Service was excellent certainly will make this stop again.Vegetarian options: I have had there veggie burger which is a great option. They can make any burger with the veggie patty.

I sat outside because I had my puppers with me. I was thankful they had the cooling fans going because it was hot. It took my waiter much longer to greet me and serve that I would have liked. Literally I was here for a hour and 45 minutes. It was a busy lunch rush but I feel like they kind of forgot about those of us sitting outside. The food was delicious tho and the dog menu was great. She loved the beef. I would like to come back and visit and see if the service is better. I will say the man who bussed my table was very nice. I wish I would have gotten his name.

This place is amazing no matter the location. Love getting the Classic Clubhouse Sandwich. The staff are always friendly. Make sure you give them a try. Several places have outdoor seating.

Instead of sucking up storm repairs like a responsible business owner, Barnaby's decided to take it out of the staff paychecks and then topped it off with the STILL ILLEGAL threat of termination if the staff discussed the slash to their pay. IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY YOUR LABOR, YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO BE IN BUSINESS. STOP LOOKING FOR A HANDOUT FROM THE PEOPLE WHO DO THE WORK FOR YOU, MOOCHERS.
