Baskin-robbins - Houston

The waitress did not serve me at all. She completely ignored me and didn't even ask if I was ready to order. I decided to leave and went to Neveria Los Niños, where they provide excellent and speedy service. I believe it's better to go there instead of waiting for over 10 minutes and receiving no service at all.

The service was awful at this restaurant. The employee was constantly on her phone and ignored me completely. It wasn't until other customers arrived that she finally put her phone down to serve them. I waited for 5 minutes without being served, and the worst part was that the employee saw me but never bothered to ask if I was ready to order. She just stared at me and completely ignored my presence. This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant.

The service at this restaurant is excellent, with the staff always being kind and friendly. However, one downside is that the chairs are outdated since the property changed ownership. Additionally, they should update their card payment machine to allow customers to add a tip for the employees, as not everyone carries cash.

The staff is very rude and seemed as if they didn’t want to help us. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Baskin Robbin. I didn’t even get any ice cream after the staff seemed annoyed with us asking about different flavors. Never again!
