Boston Market - Houston

This is like one of those places you go to get tonight 's dinner and it will never disappoint. The people are usually nice and helpful, and again, the food is pretty good, a meal for 3 feeds 4 in our household.

I just want to say that I Loved eating at Boston Market when we lived in Austin. It was one of my all time favorite places to go. We are regular visitors to Houston. We stopped to eat at Boston Market on our way out of town. Food: Could have been better. The chicken was a little dry but when the sauce is added it fixes the problem. Service: Was ok. No one had a smile on their face and it looked like the staff was just tired or bored. More smiles people. Friendliness keeps bringing the customers back. Over all: It was not what I was expecting. I guess with covid now they serve everything on to go containers. That is one thing I didn't like. Yes I will be returning back.

Fast service and friendly staff. Needs more salt shakers at the tables; this is America how else am I supposed to get hardened arteries if I don't get enough sodium.

They were out of corn and the service was subpar at best. I have been here maybe once before and that experience was not pleasant either. However i was looking for something quick and simple and my lack of better judgement led me there.

False advertising much? I saw ads on Instagram that promoted a deal for three whole rotisserie chickens for $19.99 on 9/10/2022, and I have screenshots to prove it. There was no mention of needing coupons or being a rewards member. I drove half an hour for this deal, only to be told by a female staff member (who seemed to be the Hispanic manager) that I needed a coupon or some sort of code to redeem it. I showed her the Instagram ads, which clearly stated nothing about her requirements, but she was unyielding. She claimed that the company would have sent me an email as a rewards member to activate the deal, but nothing could be done. I wasted an hour of my time because of this misleading advertisement. Either she was being dishonest, or the marketing is at fault. I really dislike fake ads that lure you in only to deliver an unpleasant surprise. Well, I'm quite skilled at sharing my thoughts, so here's your review.
