Burger King - Houston

The restaurant in Bellport on Rich Rd had delicious food. It left a lasting impression on people as they drove away. Unfortunately, there is no ATM or MoneyGram service available on site.

The experience was dreadful. My friend and I decided to try the two for $10 deal, but ended up receiving the wrong sandwich that was also cold. We were very disappointed.

The service at the restaurant was good overall, but there was an unfortunate incident involving an older woman who was new and working the register. It seemed that a younger gentleman, who appeared to be her boss or manager, was very disrespectful towards her. He called her names and was dismissive, despite her older age. It was disheartening to witness the mistreatment of the new worker, especially by someone in a leadership position. The younger man even yelled at her for breaking open a roll of quarters, telling her to go home if she couldn't handle the job properly. It was shocking to see such behavior towards a new employee simply trying to do her job.

Horrific! try the benefits of a tmobile Tuesday free whopper deal with a mobile order of $3. somehow the app did not show the free hair on order...but...it also showed that the deal was used and I had to wait 59 minutes to use another offer. the cashmere quearan I belive her name is trying to fix it and even asked the manager asencio I think her name for a help to which the mgr just said, I'm sorry that we need a code. I have given them a code to use the order, but the cash register has not shown the free hepper. quearan asked if I wanted to order something else, so I ordered 3 rodeoburger. the CC Swiss has not worked and further decreased. we tried a few times and the same. a caucasian woman in front of the back and asked what was wrong. quearan explained and the caucasian lady said that it was probably a problem with his cc only then another worker who spoke no English movement that she would try to get the laufwerk thru cash. she took the car and the caucasian dame said again, it is a problem with the cc. the non-English speaking worker came back with a quitting and I said to the caucasian dame that is a problem with my cc. I decided to ask for a hurensohn anyway, as the app used the offer. So I asked the caucasian dame whether she was the manager and just pointed her to ascensio. So I asked asencio if I could get a hurensohn and showed her that the app showed that the deal was used. she looked at the caucasian dame and the dame said, just give him a whore, it is not worth that I was insulted and not expected or deserved to be treated like that. I got the hepper with a thank you to quearan. I sat down and decided to write this review. I asked quearan for the names of the manager and the caucasian lady. she said asencio was the manager and.....Wait for it....the caucasian dame name is barbara and she is the district team! mandarine wth I would go to burger king?! how and why is her district manger act and make comments to her customers?! literal a shameful display of the guide and let alone the customer service. as 20 years of coworkers of the top customer service airline I was appalled and disappointed by not only their man ascenion lack of communication and support. but after meeting with barbara it is not surprising that she is so! barbara is her.mentor and trainer. the terrible management skills came from above. it's a sad day for me since I've chosen bk over mcdonald's and jack in the box. will no longer visit this place and take my loyalty and my money to another. barbara may be what they need to run their district stores but she teaches their employees to alienate their customers. make better barbara!

Service was good. There was an older woman, who was new, working the register. There was also a younger gentleman who was apparently her boss and maybe a manager or crew leader. This younger gentleman was being very rude to the new worker. He was rude and very disrespectful especially considering she was considerably older than him. He called her stupid and said duh when she was answering him. Can't really bothered me that this young crew leader was being so disrespectful to this new much older woman worker. She was breaking open a roll of quarters and I overheard him yell at her and say why are you banging on things if you want to bang on things you should just go home. I could not believe this obviously you have to bang open a roll of quarters to get them loose. He was mean a complete jerk.
