Chick-fil-a - Houston

You miss the sign and get worse and worse with the service. I am tired of ordering food and it has always been badly done or not correct. My big frit is a medium. Smh continues.

Cashier could not take my order so she had to start my order twice because she had charged me twice. They gave me a part of my order and I had to ask for the rest a few times, and they also forgot my drinks after I asked twice. I'm very patient when I see it is busy, but it wasn't even busy. Food: 4/5

No other car on the front of the ride thru, that was the same color as mine, but you could not find who belonged the order... not only could I see that some other cars get their food, but 1/2 my order was overhauled... I've never had crispy little cookies until today and let me tell you they're not appetizing. If I had known I had to throw the bread away, I would have got some sauces.

Never before in any Chick-Fil-A and someone was rude for me and children until I went to this place and it had a banner with best customer service price! I am really fucked maybe they had a bad day I love eating

My first time visiting this specific chick fil a. i don't really do reviews but wow what an excellent service today!! Nancy works in the dining area and she was so nice helping us with our order being taken care off..God bless her. I hope all chick fil a can provide this quality of service!
