Contribuisci feedbackI would not recommend ordering pick-up from this location. Even if you schedule a pick-up time, they may not prioritize your order and instead focus on in-store purchases. My friend tried to pick up our order but they would not make time for it, even though we had scheduled it 20 minutes beforehand. It doesn't make sense that they wouldn't fulfill our order when we were in line at the store. It took 50 minutes for them to make 2 burritos, even though we had already paid online. I have never had issues scheduling pick-up orders at other Chipotle locations, so I recommend just going in person if you order from this location. My experience may not be the norm, but I won't be risking it again.
This Chipotle restaurant has consistently provided the worst to-go orders I have ever received. On five separate occasions, they forgot to include drinks and any add-ons to my order. It seems that when not being watched, they simply throw items on randomly. I am extremely disappointed and have decided to never order from this Chipotle again. If I performed my job as poorly as they do, I would not have one. This ongoing issue is the reason for my frustration.
This is my usual chipotle but I found a light brown curly hair this time. It’s not mine bc mine is straight long and dark brown
I don’t expect much “service” when I order my food from a pass thru food line but at a minimum it would be nice to have more than one person working the service line when there is 5-6 people trying to order. It’s not due to staffing shortages… there was at least 3 staff members standing around behind the register the whole time I was waiting. One girl “working” the register just staring at the girl doing all the work making the orders. One guy cutting up meat asked the girl “do you need some help? It looks like you need some help… I’m gonna go find someone to help you.” (Doesn’t go anywhere) what looked to be the manager was talking on the phone and walked by, a couple of times, seeing the line of people and one person serving food. Chipotle has usually my “go to” place because the food is always consistent…. Not today at this location. Grilled veggies?…. RAW!!! Rice?…. Undercooked and hard. Garlic steak?…. Cold as ice. At least the cheese and sour cream didn’t have any issues. After looking over some of the recent reviews it seem others have had the same experience. Owners should really start looking into all the issues here.
Worst chipotle i have been too. The servings were nowhere near a full scoop. When asked for extra rice, they told me they would charge me extra. I have gone to many different chipotle and never have i ever been charged for extra rice and i've never been given this little. One of the bowls has DOUBLE CHICKEN. THAT IS DOUBLE CHICKEN TO THEM. AND WE GOT CHARGED EXTRA. HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE CHIPOTLE
