Customer service was not that good and the burrito I ordered was very small and had very little serving sizes and for that price I’m expecting a lot more.

First time I was charged for extra rice at Chipotle. I thought Chipotle's policy was to allow extra rice. I wouldn't mind paying for extra rice had the servers told me that it would be extra for rice. The lack of communication and then ignoring my question on why I was charged extra is the reason for my poor experience at this location.
The restaurant opened without being properly prepared, as there was no pico de gallo available. When I offered to wait, I was informed that it wouldn't be ready for another 15 minutes, which is unacceptable. They should have been transparent with customers from the start so we could make a choice. Personally, I come for pico de gallo on my burrito, and I was disappointed by the restaurant's lack of readiness.
