As we’re both eating, they came to the table to kick us out, and rudely tell us that we had to leave and eat elsewhere because their lobby closes at 9pm. We weren’t told this at any point when ordering, and there was no signage anywhere stating this. They waited until we were already eating to make us re-pack all of our food and leave. Terrible customer service, and way to ruin someone’s meal. Very disappointed.
My husband and I came in and we placed an order. He ordered quesadillas and when we got to the register, Mirna told my husband he could not purchase the quesadillas but instead had to go online to order. She refused to ring us up for this and when we asked for a manager she said to come back tomorrow. We asked her name, she said “Jessica” however, the receipt says her name is Mirna. Poor customer service, anyone else would’ve rang us up for an item that was priced the same. Chipotle will not get my money anymore.
I eat at this Chipotle post workout 2-3x faithfully every week. The last time I walked in, the woman behind the counter was holding her cellphone with her gloved hand. When she saw me, she put the phone in her pocket, kept the contaminated glove on, and proceeded to get another glove for her bare hand and then asked me what I wanted. I looked at her and said “Nevermind” then walked out.All of this to say that I will NEVER spend money at Chipotle again. After a pandemic you’d think the perception of hygiene especially in service industry would improve. But it’s pretty disgusting that someone wouldn’t even change their glove after checking their phone full view of everyone. I can totally understand that there may be an emergency you’re checking on while at work or whatever, but she seemed to think this was absolutely okay. And now I can’t help but think this is the same mindset all of your employees have.I have no idea where her phone has been and don’t want to think about her life’s bacteria directly touching my food, right in front of my face.Totally grossed out and unprofessional and lack of general common sense and a breach of Food Handler Safety. All in all, THANK YOU. This has inspired to cook 100% at home, as this small interaction has all but obliterated my remaining hope that humans are decent, and corporations care about standards. YIKES!
I live nearby so this is the location I normally (hesitantly) go to. My order is wrong nine times out of ten if I order through the Chipotle app if it’s even ready at the scheduled pick up time.If you do order ahead from this location, be sure to pick up your order 10 15 minutes after your scheduled pick up time and double check your order before you leave.I’m not sure if this location’s evening staff needs better training or better staffing, but the GM needs to fix something.
It's pays to be nice. There was a homeless man standing at the door asking for spare change. I said i don't have any but i can buy a meal for him. We went inside and the employees because very standoffish. One of the employees made a statement about someone already buying him food. I don't care get him whatever he wants. The employees were treating him very unpleasant and I started to say something but he was handling his own. The manager comes out and gives a disgusting look of aggravation. Smh. It costs nothing to be nice to people and the employees at this establishment were far from nice to this man and I didn't appreciate how they treated him. A persons life can change in an instant and I pray it never happens to them because God forbid someone treat them the same way they treated that man tonight.
