Denny's - Houston

Unfortunately, with plenty of seating available, we were still seated by the front door. Each time, we had to battle the cold wind when the door opened. Aside from that, our food was hot and ready ?Food: 3/5

Food was served on dirty dishes(Actual Food from the last dish was stuck on there). Absolutely Disgusting. We ask to pay for our drinks so we could leave and the Manager comes to our table with an attitude as if we were in the wrong.

Honestly just horrible food and service…Got here around 8:12pm and ordered at 8:25pm we waited a whole hour for the food to just come out all dry and flavorless! Not only that the manager in position in the time named Maria cantu instantly started attending us with horrible attitude for her to have the food just lay there just sitting for 30 or so minutes and not coming to update us or even ask if everything was okay! Reminder we arrived at 8:12pm and we got the food 9:20pm so long for such simple food and little people in the restaurant Maria cantu excuse to not serving us no more because she thought she recognized me for the past when last time I left her a $10 tip!! Honestly just unprofessional…this isn’t the first time she has attended in a horrible attitude…the other customers who had her as a server so happen to be my neighbors and talked badly about her service….to make matters worse it was my little brother birthday and this was his gift from me to come here and have dinner because he has been wanting to come and eat denny’s for the longest….just to come and be attended my someone who doesn’t have a pleasing attitude or a pleasing face to look at bc she didn’t even smile once!!!!JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE…. I truly hope this store re thinks the choice of making her manager.

This place has amazing waiters. I look forward to getting helped by Maria. They always make me feel welcomed no matter what time of the day.

We went after work for dinner, I ordered a steak dinner with mash potatoes with what was suppose to be white gravy.and onion rings. Steak was suppose to be med-rare, (it was not) but I chose not to send ot back. It was still delicious, onion rings were really good, I didn 't eat the mash. My honey shared his roasted potatoes those were delicious. We had to ask for steak knives, because we were given butter knives...lol sorry I had to laugh again. We didn 't get any napkins, I felt bad for our server, she had a huge section by herself and I saw the manager not showing any kind of support, he just went to what looked like the office.This was Friday between 4pm-6pm. I made sure she got her tip by handing it to her personally and said thank you.
