Always a good experience. The new fall menu has great options but I wish there were more crostini options. Otherwise the meal was good and the service was impeccable

I had a lovely lunch with a friend to celebrate her birthday. The staff were all friendly, warm, and attentive. We spent a leisurely afternoon on the patio and never felt rushed.

The service was lacking, especially considering the restaurant wasn't very busy. The food was decent, but it felt overpriced for what you receive.

I visited for lunch during Houston Restaurant Week and found the menu options to be quite appealing. The service was pleasant. However, the salad included bacon, which wasn’t mentioned on the menu. I asked for a substitution, and they promptly accommodated my request.

I can't help but wonder if this treatment was influenced by the fact that my husband and I are of a different ethnicity or perhaps because we weren't dressed like the other diners. We were in casual attire since it was the weekend, while our friend was in business casual, which I think adds to the context. I will likely never return to this restaurant and will recommend the same to my friends and community. However, I truly hope the management reflects on this incident and makes the necessary changes to improve their culture.
