Ok.....I have been wanting to come to Shake Shack for a good while now and finally came. And can I SAY!! LEAH (cashier) gave amazing customer service. I work in a Restaurant myself and this girls people skills are great. From taking our order, asking how we wanted it, even letting me taste the lemonade before I ordered it....I would personally hire this girl! She should be recognized. -Ariadna

Food was very good. I ordered Chicken Shack. But it was very small sandwich for the money I paid. They were out of Pom-Basil Lemonade which was disappointing. The location was half empty, I guess most people just Oder takeout.

Lady at the counter was extremely helpful and friendly. Glad this place was open downtown at night when many places aren't. Conference food was getting old and wanted a good burger and fries this fit the bill.

Don't you ever dare to ask me to look at my phone without my consent! Or forcefully hold my order because I do not show you my phone. It's illegal and violates my constitutional rights. One more time and I will look for a good lawyer. Pick the fire you play with!
