Contribuisci feedbackThe wait time was excessively long for no apparent reason, with 30 minutes spent in the drive-thru line, despite a limited menu. The chicken I ordered wasn't piping hot; it seemed like it had just come out of the fryer. I expected more from the original location on Scott St., as the previous location was much better than this one. I'm hopeful that the new site will open soon and have a more efficient system in place. Until then, I won't be returning, and I recommend others to think twice as well.
Lastly, and most importantly, why is there no option for customers to order their food inside? Is that really too much to ask? It feels like you're treating your customers poorly, especially those from a struggling area, and that’s simply not fair. For better fried chicken, I recommend Mia's Table in Oberkirby or Grace's on Kirby. I would have considered coming back at similar prices, but this place, which is positioned as a gourmet restaurant, unfortunately treats its customers like they don’t matter.
The chicken no longer tastes as good as it used to. The cod was greasy, and they didn't provide condiments like they used to. Additionally, nobody answers the phone to take feedback. They've really lost their charm! After over 30 years of dining here, I won’t be returning. It's very disappointing!
The line is disrespectfully long. They take orders one car at a time. The chicken was good however not worth a chunk of time out of my day. Once you get in the parking lot you're trapped. Hopefully when they move and I hope it's soon, all this time consuming waiting will cease.
Sad that you pay 10 dollars for wings the size of my thumb. I know times hard but Frenchys please do better.
