Golden Chick - Houston

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The server added items to my order, which increased the cost, and when I pointed it out, he dismissively told me there was nothing he could do. To make matters worse, he used profanity in front of my 8 and 3-year-old brothers. Additionally, my younger brother's kids' meal didn't come with any chicken, and all the sodas were flat. Overall, it was not an enjoyable visit.

I requested that they not put the spicy sauce on my wicked wings, but when I got home and opened the box, it was completely covered in the red spicy sauce, and I couldn't eat my meal.

My kids and I absolutely loved it, especially the soft serve ice cream—so delicious!

Food is great. We love the chicken and the macaroni. They had no silverware for the food that we needed it for. We ate in store. We had macaroni,salad, and the 25 tender family meal. When we ordered they didn’t tell us they had no silverware. My daughter ended having to use her hands for the salad and we had to use small cup tops for the macaroni. Very disappointed. We looked stupid.

The service was excellent. The associates were helpful, courteous and very professional. The jalapeno cheese peppers popped were awesome, hot and tasty. The rolls were beyond expectation, moist, fresh and delicious!!!.The next time I visit, I'll have to try some chicken
