The service was good, but the quality of the food wasn't up to par. Our entrees arrived quickly, within about 10 minutes, but my ravioli was still slightly cold despite being served on a hot plate. This restaurant is similar to Olive Garden, just a bit pricier.

Good food and below average customer service! Servers leave you while you are in the middle of asking for something. It took us more than two hours just for three course meal. Customer service sucks!

We went out to celebrate a friend's birthday with a group of ten. While the food was enjoyable and met our expectations, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff showed a complete disregard for basic customer service etiquette, offering no courtesies like "thank you," "welcome," or even an apology when things went awry. This lack of professionalism really overshadowed the overall experience.
