Halal5 (food Truck) - Houston

We ordered shawarma and tacos and both were the worst ever. The veggies were cut in chunks and the taste of raw onions so pungent.

I had there shwarma wraps, quesadilla, burger and chicken over rice. All the items were really good. They came to our campus with the truck and we all liked their food.

I tried one of their chicken plates and I loved it. Sadly they are 35 miles away from my place. Thankfully I was in the area so I decided to check them out and they turned out to be great. I hope they would open more branches. I highly recommend this halal place.

Honestly, I?ve had Halal5 catered at events we?ve attended and events we?ve hosted. Every single time they?re timely, professional, and the food is consistently AMAZING. Very few places have this level of service and consistency with their catering. Best chicken over rice, shawarma, and chicken tenders. Kids and adults loved it!

We got 3 chicken/beef over mix and 2 Shawrma. Let me tell you the quality of meat was really bad. It was smelly. It was not fresh at all. I?ve been eating gyros for years and I know how does a good gyro taste like. Avoid this place! It?s a NO NO
