This restaurant serves a incredibly tasty, filling hot pot that is not all-you-can-eat/buffet style. The customer service is fantastic, with a special shoutout to Ethan for being so attentive and friendly. Highly recommended for meat lovers.

We went out for dinner over the weekend. We were seated promptly and our server, Ethan, was very polite and helpful. He explained the menu thoroughly and helped us make our selections.

Hot Pot City is a fantastic option for groups looking for good value. Upon being seated, diners receive a paper menu and a platter of crunchy and sweet pickled vegetables to snack on.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. The service was very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. The atmosphere is lovely and beautiful, though there weren't many people when we visited. This place definitely deserves more customers, and I will definitely be coming back.

My family has found a new favorite hot pot restaurant! You have the option to choose individual hot pots or share a large pot, and we chose to share one. We ordered half Mongolian and half Tom Yum soup, both of which were incredibly flavorful. The meat was thinly sliced and there was a good variety to choose from, even during lunch hours. The buffet offered a wide selection of noodles, vegetables, seafood, and more to add to the soup. The sauce bar had numerous options for customizing your dipping sauce, although I found that the soups were so delicious on their own that I didn't need to use much sauce. They also had a generous amount of fruit and ice cream for dessert. The service was fantastic and very friendly. At $19.99 per person, it was a very reasonable price for lunch.
