Food was excellent but service was poor. Hour wait to get food.

We waited over 30 minutes after ordering for our food to arrive, and when it did arrive it was cold to lukewarm. It might have tasted OK, but we'll never know because the temperature was poor and we were annoyed at having to wait so long to be served.

Very quiet place, pretty good food. Thanks. All is well.

Had to wait to be seated even though there were only 3 other tables and 3 servers. Ordered a **** Mary, which btw took 20 minutes to get. I was told “they are making it”. After asking a 3rd time, was given the same response, watched one of the servers go behind the bar and make the drink. It was literally Zing-Zang and vodka. Very little vodka at that. No garnish anywhere, even though their website and in the sign located outside the hotel where the restaurant was located showed 3 types of **** Mary’s with lots of garnish. It was sooo spicy it was burning my stomach. I asked for some more mix. I ended up not drinking it and ordered a mimosa instead. The food was average. I had the shrimp and grits. Won’t be back!

The food was good, but the staff need more training. They have no idea how to offer service.
