I stood at the entrance for about seven minutes without any staff offering assistance. It seems like there’s a need for better customer service training, as the employees should be more attentive and polite. In my opinion, they should also avoid using their personal phones while on the job.
Unfortunately, the management's attempts to address the situation—such as calling the police—often seem ineffective, as the disturbance tends to subside before any authorities arrive. There have been reports of similar incidents, but little has been done to improve security. The homeless individual sometimes sleeps in the drive-thru lane, posing a serious hazard for drivers who may not see him. On a positive note, the restaurant is clean and well-kept, adorned with festive decorations, including a Christmas tree, which adds to its welcoming atmosphere. The staff is aware of the issues caused by the homeless presence and has made efforts to manage them, but unfortunately, there are limits to what they can do. This situation reflects a broader trend of increasing homelessness, which many businesses may have to adapt to. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this restaurant, as long as you're mindful of your surroundings wherever you go.
Get the wrong order, specifically asked for my entrance, was said that it could not get in the bag indecent employees. The food was disgusting, my hamburger was raw inside
No is not 24 hours they lie for the last two weeks I been trying to order food at 2am do that's my lunch time at work they always say system is down
Rude somebody yelled at me and when I told them back who are they yelling at nobody responded, all I asked was to make the kids burger into a jr bacon which ment at the bacon and she kept saying no! Until she yelled Nnnooooo! And when I asked who are they yelling at at that point I didn't want anything, when I drove up to the window neither lady was at the window they all went to the back until I drove off never again will I go their , I was told not to go their in the first place . I am also new to the neighborhood and if that is the way they treat the customers the reviews are correct.please check your employees customer service 1 was a manager and the other girl I don't know i coulsnt even get a name !
