Kfc - Houston

If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff told us to move forward and wait 20 minutes until they conveniently forgot about us. When I went inside to inquire about our order, I was treated as if I were a drive-thru customer with no acknowledgment. I witnessed 3 cars receive their orders and pay without us being served. After waiting for 3 cars to pass in the drive-thru, I finally received my order that had been placed 30 minutes earlier. The service was slow, inattentive, and disrespectful. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I do not recommend it to others.

The chicken sandwich I ordered was not as fresh as advertised. It was cold, as were the fries. Despite having good flavor, I had to reheat it in a toaster oven when I got home. Thankfully, Popeyes sandwiches are warmer.

This KFC is the worst I have ever been to. I ordered 8 pieces of chicken through Uber Eats and only received 6. The food was sloppily presented and the employees need to be replaced with those who actually want to work. I give this chaotic experience a rating of 0.

Poor service. management is also terrible. to go, is a nightmare?

KFC used to be my fav for chicken but since they changed the way they store cooked chicken I do not find it as tasty because the crunch/crisp y is gone. The pot pies are good and the deals ok. I prefer Popeyes chicken these days for fresh hot spicy chicken. Their service though sucks compared to KFC.
