Kfc - Houston

If I could this KFC a 0 I would. It's a chicken restaurant, so how do you not have any breasts at 1:49pm. I hate the KFC. They need to shut it down or get new management ? ???

I remember back when KFC ment good chicken now it's short for Kant Fry Chicken I grew up eating this chicken and I am disabled so I have to use a delivery service I call them to tell them I would like three theighs and one breast they knew who I was and sill sent me bad chicken over cooked and poorly prepared chicken I used to work for Ron a fried chicken in high school (40 plus years ago) the manager would check the chicken to make sure it was cooked correctly and if it wasn't three times the cook got fired I learned then that it may be chicken but to the person who buys the chicken it's a meal and in my case two meals I understand that it may be hard to find good employees but two fry chicken really I learned back then to do the job correct and the customer was not an inconvenience but they were the reason I had a job and if I can't do it right move on I am Now handicapped and I took the lesson very well to do the job right and for what it is worth spend less money on advertising and more money on training if the children is cooked correct the business will come i have passed up KFC because I knew the food was bad and by the way not even one star

I ordered the original recipe chicken, it was hard and very salty, the gravy was soupy with no flavor. Mashed were acceptable, but they're instant and the best part of the meal.

Waited 15 mins. or more for a chicken breast that I never received. Was told it would take 15 mins to prepare.Horrible service. Should be closed This happened 4:00 In afternoon on 6/7/22

Still waiting 30 mins later for 8 piece meal had to call to hear they are cooking it all still
