Longhorn Steakhouse - Houston

We came to celebrate our moms birthday , The server was really good , the problem was i ordered a Medium steak and it turned out medium well , they took it back and i told them i will like med Rare … well it wasnt med rare it was medium well again . I end up taking my food togo , i wasnt happy with the food . If the chef is not sure about temperatures , they should keep a thermometer in the kitchen .

I 've been to a couple longhorns, maybe it was something in the air but the food was exceptional. seemed quite a bit better than previous visits and I 've never had any issues with longhorn. the cheesecake is amazing but something about the texture wasn 't as cloud like and mousse as usual but still very good. my server as actually an old coworker of mine and was a very good experience. even almost an hour to close the food and service was amazing. after a long day at work it was definitely worth the few extra bucks to eat out.Parking: in a strip center so on a busy day I 'm sure it 's more difficult but there 's plenty of space in the surrounding area if you 're up for a short walkKid-friendliness: definitely a restaurant you can take kids too, there is a nice bar for the adults too

Joei was an amazing waitress! She was patient, attentive, kind and knowledgeable. I ordered the Grilled Salmon and it wasn't seasoned good enough for me. I requested butter sauce and she also recommended garlic sauce which was very kind of her. Needless to say, neither sauce made the salmon better. I spoke with a manager and she enthusiastically replaced my meal with a new one, recommending that I have my salmon blackened. They had my entire meal remade and it was perfect! The manager was a Black female, tall with curly hair- I wish I had her name.Just wanted to give credit where credit was due and thank them both for making sure my party had a great experience; good customer service is hard to find! Oh, I forgot- they also comped our dessert for the inconvenience- THANK YOU JOEI!!

My experience at this location was very horrible. I ordered the ribeye steak medium well and extra seasoning and I got a steak not seasoned at all .Then they tried to cook me another one and it came back to the table burned and over cooked it was passed well done and it was so dry I had a hard time trying to even cut it and the Mac and cheese was not cooked enough it was watery the cheese sauce was thin the bread crumbs was burned and the whole dinner was a disaster.Will never go to this location again .

Best longhorn steakhouse near me. I recommend it highly. We had the chopped steak and mashed potatoes and the renegade sirloin and grilled shrimp with a loaded baked potato. Excellent.
