Contribuisci feedbackI went through the drive-thru, and at first, everything seemed fine. The staff member repeated my order back to me. However, when I reached the window, she informed me that the liver was almost done cooking and then disappeared. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes with cars lined up behind me. Eventually, she returned, but she gave me the wrong gravy, a soggy roll, and plastic utensils, which I had already mentioned I didn't need. This location has had issues in the past, so next time, I plan to go inside.
The food was quite lackluster. The bread was rock-hard, and the cucumber salad turned out to be mostly bell peppers with just a single thin slice of cucumber. Additionally, they forgot to include gravy with my mashed potatoes. Overall, the experience was terrible and not worth the money spent.
The food was enjoyable, but the standout aspect of our visit was definitely the service. The server assisted me in bringing my tray to the table and kindly offered to refill our drinks. She checked in on us multiple times, and her friendly conversation was truly refreshing.
I live way in Fresno and I love coming to this Lubys. Food is good and hot and the lady Ms. Dee is awesome. She kept refilling my tea and checking to see if I needed anything. Can't pronounce her real name so she said Ms Dee is fine. I really love her attitude within the customers. I will keep coming back to the great food and great workers who keep a smile on their faces.
Drive thru sux..bad customer service n rude. Had to get off in go inside..manager finally came up to retake my order..for the price the food wasn't worth it and not quality nor quality..I will not be coming back to such poor lack of attention to food and
