Mcdonald's - Houston

The service here is incredibly slow. The staff are friendly, but the wait times are just too long. It took me around 45 minutes to reach the pickup window. I've visited this place about three times, and each time has been slow.

Last night, I ordered two hot chocolates, a coffee, and some fries. Unfortunately, I found plastic in two of my hot chocolate drinks. I did not get a refund. Other customers had warned me not to order from this location due to poor service and food quality, and I really should have heeded their advice. I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted, and I will never order from this place again.

I received my order, and the hamburger was cold, along with the fries. I didn't get my Dr Pepper; instead, I received a glass of water. I called to complain seven times, but they kept hanging up on me, and I never managed to talk to the manager. I spent $7.88 on my order, and it was a mess with a sloppy burger.

It's good to come when you want something good for breakfast but if you don't have something please say so before I pay for it when I spoke to the lady told her she just brushed me off that's not great customer service

I ask management for hand sanitizer and said can't afford it no more she a real bit........!
