The manager on duty did not speak to me until I requested the manager after they finally remade my order. I ask why they did not feel like me having to drive all the way back just requesting they make my order properly was suddenly deemed rude. I asked for the MOD 's name and she refused her name. I don 't feel like this is the proper way to team someone. The entire team is still ignoring me because I requested the manager on duty a name. Finally another shift manager did the proper thing and treated me like a equal human and discussed with me and listened to me instead of just ignoring me. He was able to talk to me like another human about my order and even said I am sorry we made a mistake. This last manager is the kind of person who should manage a bigger team, not the first MOD I dealt with. Hopefully the general manager of the store will call me back I can praise him to the GM for what he said and did.Not so much the other person.
I can't say much about atmosphere since we weren't actually able to dine in. Me and my buddy traveled to this location because its hours of operation on Google let us to believe that the dine-in area would be open. When we arrived we realized the doors were locked, and upon inspecting the hours of operation as posted on the door, they closed their doors 30 minutes early for some unknown reason. All the doors for the dining area were locked yet there were three customers eating inside. After knocking on the window we realized the employees were ignoring us ?. It seems unsafe to have all dining doors locked while there are customers still inside the building, not to mention unprofessional. I understand wanting to get started with closing early so that you can leave earlier but this is dangerous behavior.
In the McDonald's world is an OK store visited much better ones, if you don't have a thing to do and want some refreshments then go there will easily spend 10 mins from beginning to end. *Sighs*
I haven't been to a McDonalds in 10+ years nand the one time I come, I end up spending over 20 minutes in a line (just to get to the DT speaker) and they don't have what I want... Then I was stuck in the Drive Thru for another 5 minutes. I tried again the next day arriving at 10:30 am and they STILL don't have the adult happy meals. The dining room was dirty too.
Why lie about your openings for coming in to the lobby? Closed at 10:10 because what? Not having a good night? Just doesn’t make sense.
