Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Houston

Came in 4/14 @2:50pm. I poured yogurt as usual and was disappointed when I saw there was no fresh fruit out and many toppings were missing. I no longer was interested in having a yogurt. I told the girl at the counter. She forced me to still pay for something I was not going to consume. I paid left yogurt on counter. Will never come back to this location. The toppings are very limited.

Pricey but they have some fun options. My kids love coming here and I sincerely appreciate the sugar-free options.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I walked in, the employee, a blonde girl, was sitting at a table with her boyfriend and barely acknowledged my presence. She only got up when I reached the register. I've visited this location frequently, and it seems like it's always the same girl and her boyfriend there. I understand that this might be her first job or a part-time gig, but it's still a business, and she needs to learn proper work etiquette. It felt like I was interrupting their date just to place my order. I was really embarrassed for the owner over this situation.

Who doesn't love frozen yogurt? There are plenty of flavors to sample before you pick your favorite, or even mix a few together. The place offers seating with tables, plus a small side room with about six additional tables—perfect for small groups or meetings. While it's not completely private, it's a nice area set aside just for that purpose. The highlight is definitely the Monday special: you can fill a 16-ounce cup for just $5, including as many toppings as you can fit! Our group of five had a fantastic time; it was delicious and oh-so-fun! Two hours flew by quickly because we were having such a good time!
