Olive Garden Italian - Houston

The meal was delicious as usual. My steak was cooked perfectly and my wife's chicken plate was also excellent. The service was good, but we were disappointed to find the floor extremely dirty. When we mentioned it, the waitress apologized and said they were too busy to clean. The restrooms were also dirty, with urine on the floor and paper everywhere. The towel rack and wash basin were wet with stains. It was disappointing to see the floor near our table had not been cleaned either. It's unacceptable for a five-star restaurant to be so dirty. I hope they address these issues as this is one of my favorite dining spots. This was the first time we experienced such a regrettable condition at this restaurant.

The service at this Olive Garden location is fantastic! I have been here three times and each time the food has been amazing. Even when I brought my two young children, who can be quite a handful, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hostess keeps a close eye on the tables, making everyone feel welcome and well taken care of. It doesn't feel like you're just a customer, it feels like you're a guest. It's a great spot for lunch, with delicious soups and salads. The fish hair pasta is the best, and the salads are always fresh.

The restaurant staff waited to bring the salad and brought it at the same time as the dishes I had returned. They seemed upset and I just wanted to wait and eat my salad before my main course, but there was not enough space on the table as we had three different servers attending to us. In the confusion of having multiple servers, they brought us the wrong dishes and duplicates of some items.

I love olive garden! the taste is fabulous. I love the broth sticks, suppen, dishes and desserts! pease take their honeybun here to eat or lunch! next to valentineday comes next month. do they plan! order a drink and gave dessert! tap on their server well?

I've been to Olive Garden 1000 times. Despite our waiter Anthony being awesome. That was the only good in our visit! The food was Below the standard we've all come to expect from Olive Garden.
