Panera Bread - Houston

I received my order delivered, and I was pleased to see that both my drink and food were well-secured to prevent any tampering. This was greatly appreciated, especially for the drink.

Worst Panera Bread ever!!! Do not come here. The cook was scratching her armpits while make the sandwich and the guy in the dining area was putting all the drinks away and it wasn’t even 9 yet.

1) food: 10/10. Delicious, consistent, and relatively healthy. No shortage of variety. They have something for everybody.2) customer service: 10/10. Atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. There was notably a wide variety and ethnic diversity in the customers. Employees were hospitable, friendly, and professional. One was specifically outstanding, a young man named Jaelen. He was polite, respectful, and hardworking. Everyone loves to see young people working hard. The area manager, a young lady named “Ryan”, was also extremely pleasant. As a former manager in retail, I can speak from experience that they exhibit elite customer-service skills. Made me feel like family, not a customer. Definitely the type of character that you want representing your business.Overall, 1000% satisfied customer. Absolutely no complaints. 10/10 everything. 5 stars. Come to this restaurant. You won’t regret it.

I've been ordering from Panera occasionally, and I've noticed that my favorite, the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich, has tasted a bit different lately. Today, I decided to go for my usual "pick two" with the same sandwich and a broccoli cheddar soup. Wow! That sandwich was incredible! It's been a long time since it tasted this good. Whoever was in the kitchen making my sandwich—you truly have the hands of a chef! Thank you so much! I devoured it! I hope you’re the one preparing my next meal when I order again.

I frequent this establishment quite often so this was a first for me. As I'm getting my togo order a worker walks up to me and takes my food asking if I had a ticket, he didn't introduce himself or ask to check my food before taking it out of my hands, it took me looking at his uniform to know he worked there and I was and still am pissed. Do better.
