Papa Johns Pizza - Houston

It's not as good as it used to be. no idea what it is, but the only thing they have for them is the garlic butter dip. I found a bone in my steakpapadilla. talking about traumatic. also the girl working in the evening has a stank posture.

I ordered a pizza but received the wrong one. When I brought this to the staff's attention, their solution was for me to drive back with the incorrect pizza, wait an additional 15 minutes for the correct one to be baked, and they didn’t offer any compensation for their mistake.

Ordered from this location online. Quoted 47-57 minute delivery and still awaiting my pizza at 90 minutes since order. Called the store to inquire, was told they were short on drivers and then store employee hung up on me. Never again.

I never do that, but that must stop! is papa John’s corporate has even read the Google reviews? I should have read and trusted them before and listened to their fair warning. I placed a delivery order at 9:06 clock and patiently wait the 30-40 minutes I was estimated. then I checked the tracker, no update. ten minutes, no update. an hour and 20 minutes after I placed the order, I will finally call the load to get an update. she tells me that my food is still in the queue and that they are ready for the night. that I can come to load and pick up my pizza. are you crazy? How is that franchise? I am not the only one. papa johns, end this message for the FAIR clinics of heights!

Order for delivery and never received. it was shown as 'preparing' for 1 1/2 hours and then 'on the way' for another hour. never arrived, and no one at papa john knows about it. paid full price including delivery fee and type when I have ordered.
