Ok, so I almost finished the whole chopped beef baked potato before I remembered to take a picture of it for you all lol. However, I gave this location 5 stars because my food was so delicious hot and fresh. I got it dry with the sauce on the side.The beef didn't have a whole lot of fat meat in it. I was completely satisfied. Well worth my $20. Of course that's includingthe drink too. If it wasn't a shame I would have eaten the potato peel...yes it was that good!!!????

Drive thru was rather busy, but moved along at a rather quick pace, given how they have to prepare and package each order. Except for the fact they forgot to put some delicious barbecue sauce in with my meal (I love their BBQ sauce!! my meal wasdelicious and portion size was generous for the price and great value! My baked potato will make for two meals (which I am gladabout easily and was so filling! My hubby?s two meat meal with sides was also satisfying and just right! Thank you for makingour dinner just what we needed! (No pics, I ate too fast to think about taking any!

I ordered a chopped beef sandwich with fries and a drink. Unfortunately, the sandwich was lukewarm, and the fries were cold and hard, clearly old and broken. They were also overly salted. Additionally, there were only knives available for utensils. When I asked the attendant for a fork, she directed me to the counter for plastic utensils and seemed indifferent about whether I got one or not. While the atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I’ve never had a bad experience with food at a Pappas Barbecue before, so I was very surprised at the quality this time.

What an incredible restaurant! The chef's salad is absolutely my favorite. The atmosphere is very clean and inviting. The staff was super friendly. I will definitely be returning soon!

Without a doubt, this is the best BBQ restaurant I've ever visited. The espresso BBQ sauce is amazing, and the pulled pork sandwich combo is fantastic. The pork ribs are simply incredible. You’re going to love it! Oh, and if you order takeout, just make sure they don’t forget the dessert!
