Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Houston

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered shrimp hushpuppies but instead received Cajun rice. When I asked about the Cajun rice, I was told they were out of it. I also requested a weed sauce but never received it. To make matters worse, I never even received my hushpuppies. Overall, it was a disappointing meal.

The nuggets tasted like a bowl of ash, with no seasoning, bland and unappetizing. When I looked at the menu and the sandwich, I expected more.

The service was excellent! Tiara provided friendly and exceptional service. She brought us a refreshing drink while we waited for our delicious meal. She ensured that our order was accurate before leaving. The restaurant was also very clean.

The last couple of stations in the food are gone, they are on a regular basis. my eating was cold and the orders are incomplete. this use to be one of the better popeye, but the saving and quality is pushed. I spent $30 today for a command that was cold, huh and pommes. 8 pieces with some of the smallest drumsticks I have ever seen, small wings and 2 decent chest to feed 4 people. the maschedpatatoes was a medaille instead of large and no biscuits with order. they had to calm down for pommes because they were back out of something, no mac and cheese. it was a waste of $30 and didn't even feed my family.

If I could post negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible service , took half hour for my food to ne brought outside then it was practically thrown at me in my car. Nothing but punks working there that didn't care about customers just playing in theyer phones.
