Roma - Houston

PRO'S: Roma Ristorante caught our interest for Houston Restaurant Week's. Panzanella salad was a winner while pasta courses main courses less so. All Italian wine list and wait service with valet parking were typical.CON'S: NoneSUMMARY: Roma Ristorante is a better Italian restaurant in a city with many Italian restaurants to choose from for meals.

I enjoyed the Caesar salad and the pasta I ordered, the ravioli with shrimp. It definitely tasted fresh. I didn't like the table we were seated at, which was close to the bathroom. Other than that, it was a good experience. The servers were excellent.Food: 5/5

A wonderful dining experience! Our Calamari was delicious and generous followed by the Burrata salad that was perfect! We then enjoyed the Bolognese and the ravioli. Both were superior entrees. Our waitress, Felipa was professional and attentive and helpful in our Wine selection. Thanks for a perfect evening!

The three of each had different meal. All were very good. Service was excellent.

There were 4 of us for the Houston Restaurant Weeks dinner. The first and second courses were excellent, our third course entries were quite good, just not quite as wonderful as the first two. They were very careful in preparing the required Gluten Free items (for one of us) while still being very tasty. The service was very attentive without being overbearing. We recommend Roma for a romantic, quiet dinner experience.
