The place feels more like a bakery than a restaurant. Fortunately, it was empty when we arrived, so we were able to get a table. The food was incredible—delicious Mexican cuisine. I will definitely come back!

I ordered chilaquiles with eggs, which came with a choice of how I wanted my eggs cooked, along with black beans. The meal was really good and the portion size was large enough to share or take some home. However, I took away one star because I ordered a latte that never arrived. I had to remind the waitress, but it still didn’t come. I ended up having to ask for a refund after I finished my meal, which was disappointing because I was really looking forward to it, especially since I saw it served in a glass cup instead of a to-go cup like most places.

This place offers the best chicken salad sandwich in Houston! The sandwich is massive. The only downside is that it comes with pita chips, but they don't give you many. However, I guarantee that the sandwich will fill you up. The baked goods looked incredible, but I was too full to try any of them. Today, I tried one of the midday specials: shrimp paella with poblano. It was delicious! The grilled shrimp was served over rice with a creamy poblano sauce. It also came with a fantastic salad, all for just $13.95. Check out the pictures!

I visited in June 2022, and I was truly impressed by how the different cultures blended beautifully in the dishes. The food was exceptional and really satisfying. Every bite was delicious! The prices were justified considering the high quality of the meal. I will definitely return.
