Love there maishunde and my new swarm is chicken steak sandwich. oh, half a price drink in the app....so worth stopping.
I am so sick of restaurants. this is a route 44 size and I asked for light ice, and it is packed with ice up to about one inch and one half from the top of the cup. this is after the conclusion of the whole drink. it's not even a regular amount of ice, that's extra. After about 5 gulps I could say that I don't have much more drink. Of course, if I get this size because I want to drink a lot. I have ordered through the app that I have everything in advance through apps today, which with their app, drinks come out half price, but if this is what will and happens to their employees give us less because we only pay the half of the price then only do not offer the discount. if I want a route 44 his, because I want a lot of drinks, not ice. After I took this picture, I filled the cup with a bottle of water, which is 16.9oz and it was almost the exact amout that fits in the cup with the ice, so yes, I might get about 18oz drink, not somewhere near 44oz like it advertising. I understand there is a contained one, but they would think that there are still at least 30 little uncreated liquid, especially if I always ask for light ice. not for the first time this happened. the customer service was also terrible. the employees park their cars on the first drive-ups, it seems that they did not check on the mobile orders they receive, because there were a few times that ive had to wait 20 minutes or more, after ive checked in the app, just for a drink! they see that there was parked and ive one was waited while others who came to ask for me to ask their commands but never get then they will be crazy and argue with them when they complain why they had to wait 20 minutes for a drink and then to them a few 17oz. of liquid, if they expect closer to 44oz. the time before this order I waited approx. 20 minutes, then a worker finally came with 2 quits. they liked the one who ran in their business so I could hardly hear him. I thought he was asking what I heard, and I said yes when I thought he said a vanilla cherry. he goes back and came with a drink carrier with 4 drinks in it and I told him that it wasn't my order, I ordered only 1 drink, spirited it, now ive wait about 25 minutes. He really got mad at me and called out that I said yes when he asked me. he made sure that I knew he was pissing me off and was messed up under his breath, gave me my drink decent and began to give me a stray. I asked him how he left, can I have a rough? he ignored me, so I was going to hang, he turned around, and I asked him again, would you want to give me a jerk? not answered yet and went away. I waited for a moment because I wasn't sure whether he would do it or not, and he came out to give me a jerk, but of course while he huffing and puffing. this is only an example of the many times that this kind of customer service had at this place. it's just sucks causal most of the time when I go to sonic when ive had a looong and hard day at work and just want a nice, cold and big drink and that's what ive hits here. I have already boycotted a few car-dru restaurants because more for less, if they require more, at least they give the same amount, while quality gets worse and terrible customer service. I'll give a few more sonics, but I might have to stop going.
My first experience was sad. I ordered a burger, zets and a grilled cheese. When I came home, I noticed that my grilled cheese was missing, so I went back to get it. I asked her to make sure it's fresh. when they brought it out to me, I asked if it was fresh, the hired lied on my face and said it was. I know because I began to consider it and it was very warm not to mention that the would not be like my cheese now. the good thing was that it was cut half and roasted. but they just gave me the one they forgot to give me when I was gone. that has upset me. especially that he lied to my face. that was the night shift. my second time to go there, it was the same, the only difference this time it is not roasted or cut. the third time I asked her to make it fresh and not her. but the last two paintings I went all my meal was fresh! why? because the manager was there! sad is it still not roasted? it's sad that I had so many times to get a grilled cheese right. my experience in the sonic was ruined and I think the rest is the same. I had never eaten sonic, so I had great hopes for it. but I guess they can't expect too much from an almost food restaurant.
I went to go get an order I placed on my phone of just tater tots and mozzarella sticks. When I pulled in my stall didn't have a number so I pushed the button and this girl named Natalie was extremely rude. Yelling through the speaker phone, cutting me off saying she couldn't hear me when I was clearly trying to talk loud enough so she could hear me. Instead of her coming outside to confirm what I said. She played along like she could hear me. Said she understood what I said, and I waited 30 MINUTES for my small order, because she didn't want to do her job correctly and they weren't even busy. I was blown away with how rude she was. The guy who brought out my order even confirmed that she left the order on the counter and didn't say anything about it. I give the guy who brought my order out a 10 10 and I give Natalie 1 10 , I've never had someone be that rude for no reason.
