Starbucks - Houston

Ordered an icy chai tea latte with milk and brown sugar for my friend who is lactose intolerant. tell me why they still used regular milk after mentioning. I was in a hurry and since they never read the job, I took it without checking, just to find out that they don't get milk when I handed it to my girlfriend.

No in store seating and the bathrooms are closed due to COVID. All the other Starbucks have been completely open for months. SMH

Poor customer service !! not even a microwave !! never buy coffee from here because the staff here don't know how to make coffee !!

Horrible service and super slow. I made an order through the app an hour ago and kept asking about it and they kept saying they’re still making it. Only for them to finally tell me an hour later that somebody had thrown it out. Then they said they would remake it and I am still waiting. It has been over an hour now. The staff were rude and unorganized. Why would you throw out a drink that was paid for?? Don’t even bother coming here.

Good service. But just so they don’t have to service bathrooms, they close them 30 mins earlier then closing time. I asked the lady to be kind enough to let me use it as i was waiting for my order. “ Sorry restrooms are closed “. For paying customer who really needs to utilize and management simply says no. Don’t bother if you think for your money you will get some deserving treatment. Go elsewhere for your beverages or different location.
