Starbucks - Houston

The service was outstanding. Eve, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had an event in a nearby penthouse, and they delivered everything we needed. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Eve!

The baristas here are fantastic, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the coffee is delicious. Be sure to ask for something creative!

Absolutely love this Target location but as for the Starbucks.. it definitely could improve in their customer service. I've received the worst service here. The lady Barista is the rudest person.

I arrived at 8:45 PM, only to find that they were already closed. I asked the woman at the entrance about it, and all she said was, "I know." I'm not sure what that was supposed to mean!

They need more help and more training them to me a melted frape with a lot of pepp cream on the bottom a a a little ice cream a charge whip cream at the tip everything I taste is whip cream then they pour out the rest of the ice coffee in the mixer, why she has not put in my cup, instead of all this whip cream I have never lost a sweet cream
