The bread for both of my sandwiches was wrong, and one of them had a hair and a piece of plastic in it. Disgusting. Food: 1/5.

The sandwich was tasty, but I found the bread to be overcooked; it was quite hard and had some burnt spots on it. I've enjoyed many sandwiches from this place before, and they've always had good bread. This was the first time I was let down by it. Food rating: 4/5.
