Wendy's - Houston

When I came in, I overheared the workers to discuss the frit and clean it up. you say he should use the chemicals and rub them cleanly. another one says, man, get it! in there with a mouthful eating. they noticed me and instead of saying hello or welcome in, they called another employee out of the move to help me while they relax and continue their conversation. the soaper was made of over 75 pieces product. leaving only diet sodas available. the burger was bland and tasteless. the chili cheeses were all buzzing, not meat, not cheese. They could not even supply a food utensils. I used to be here when the manager worked and he always ensured that eating was fresh and well prepared. Today it seems as if children without parental insight run the load. it is obvious that they do not care about food security or about the people who spend their money here. do they not know that customers are those who pay their checks? are they not grateful to have a job? apparently not.

Unimaginable how rude the lady on the car thru was tonight, never treat customers like that. I couldn't hear you on the drive thru, you accused me of wrong order, then you totally ignored me on the window when I asked you. the man who came to fix the screen has not even recognized or responded to anyone thanks to them, neither them. I hope the owner here knows how terrible customers are treated in this place.

Save your money customer service not good they gave you what they want you to have not pay for…. It wasn’t fresh fries was not hot… please don’t spend your hard earned money with a business that doesn’t care. I’m tired of horrible customer service state to state . I’m a truck driver at least give me what a pay for..?????

It was a wonderful experience tonight the employees were very nice and friendly and got everything that I ordered fast and great
