Wendy's - Houston

The meat was poor quality and the restaurant could be cleaner, but the staff was very friendly and the service was very quick.

I visited the drive-thru and encountered a very rude cashier, but I still placed my order. Despite my polite behavior, I found the experience to be unpleasant due to the cashier's rudeness. I ended up asking her to cancel my order. Frustrated by the encounter, I decided to go to the Wendy's on El Camino instead. I didn't want someone who treated me rudely handling my food.

I typically enjoy Wendy's, but my experience today was disappointing. I went through the drive-thru to pick up my order and requested a diet coke. The worker asked what size I wanted, and I told her. When I arrived at the window, she only charged me for the diet coke. I questioned why the total was only $3, and she explained that she didn't hear my full order. The drink was flat, the fries were overcooked, and I was charged for the meal and drink separately. I tried calling to speak with someone, but no one answered. All I want is to receive the correct order without having to complain multiple times. Is that too much to ask? I left feeling frustrated.

This location has the most rude employees ever. I thought they were bad a few months ago, but today? it was all but a few months ago and they were even rougher. I didn't think it was possible. I ordered a 10 st nugget meal and the woman who took my order interrupts me and was obviously irritated even though I ordered only one meal. Also, I guess they are too incapable to count 10 because they gave me waaay more than 10 nuggets, but I am definitiw not complaining about it, so I give an additional star. ? Do you like one and go to the marina bay. unless they have no objection to being despised. but at least they get more food than what they pay!

Simple $5 bag. Bacon double came with stale hard bread. Nuggets were spicy instead of regular. Ghost pepper ranch instead of hot honey sauce. Fries were the only thing right in the bag. Only one other customer in the drive thru. It was not busy enough for confusion. Just absent minded. Not the first time. Don't think I'll be stopping at this wendys anymore. Also drink machine is always out of everything.
