Wendy's - Houston

Place is clean, workers are polite and eating is very fresh and tasty. I went to jack in the box, but this place caught my eye and was 4 minutes closer, so I gave it a shot. I don't regret it, heicka was great

So they have messed up our $25 order, it was an accident I think the girl was new, that would not happen a big thing. we drove back directly thru the line they look relieved and confused at the same time there is a new bag I checked it and gone. the freaks I mean were hot and salty as he likes them. the burgers did not look too great, but they were hot 90% right on the ordered....soft bungalow. I shouldn't have asked for a bunk that my type loved was that it was a big meaty, cheeky bacon triple that was Patty-shot o-gute that made him all crazy. I was never a huge fast food food....EVER to mr on the go and not gastronomic adventurous or actually it is easy to sit and have a meal. he's on the start pad I tell them. No matter how ever $25 for 2 combo meals only to medium size I'm not sure what happened there. I'd rather not eat almost. preferably something that goes with the will, but that's all right

Female employees at this particular Wendy's location were callous toward me not letting me inside the restaurant during breakfast hours to place a order. I've had do it at the drive-thru, which is it embarrassing to do so???

The evening window cashier has the rudest attitude ever. She doesn't seem to handle a rush very well and likes to get loud with the customers because she is stressed. I would consider retraining her on customer service because tonight's was not it. Just because you yell ma'am does not mean you aren't being a disrespectful person.

Their employees actively stand outside the drive-thru window and talk with other employees and block people from being able to approach the window. The lady Kent on looking over knowing that there was a line waiting and resumed her conversation we waited for 7 minutes before she decided to move out of the way to allow cars to approach the window and she was bothered because her conversation was interrupted by people waiting to get their food
