I am a 23 year old girl receiving cancer treatment at MD Anderson. I have not been able to eat for twodays due to adverse chemo side effects. Today was the first day I actually wanted something, and all I wanted was a grilledchicken sandwich from Whataburger. I'm not going to go into detail, as this would be too long, but long story short, it took 45minutes (we weren't mad about that at all). But they got our order all wrong, so we kindly (multiple times) told them what wewanted (rolling their eyes about it). The workers were terribly, terribly rude about it and asked for us to move forward. Wemoved forward and waited. The guy brought out our food, and he practically threw our food at us. It was absolutely ridiculousand uncalled for, as I promise you, we were nothing but kind and understanding the WHOLE entire time! Morale of the story, ifyou're a cancer patient and only want a grilled chicken sandwich from Whataburger, don't come here. Lol
Husband missing bacon and avocado he paid for, customer service from front counter employee?s (the heavy set black woman) is trash and missing condiments. I asked for my missing spicy ketchup and she had the audacity to back talk. Like girl, it?s notcoming out of your paycheck, just give me some spicy ketchup. Don?t bother coming here!
WAIT A BURGER. Takes an hour to get a burger at 11pm. Bunch of kids walking through the drive through. Store not properly staffed. One employee came out with his plastic apron on and smoked in his car. Bet you he isn?t changing that apron. Avoid atall costs.
Why is it so hard for people that work in fast food these days, to be polite. I thought I would give this Whataburger location a try. After I placed me order, I did not receive a number like they hand to everyone. The person who took my order said hewould bring it to my table. I figured he would remember what I ordered since he did not hand me that number. He never told methat there was a number on my receipt. I ordered onion rings instead of fries. When the meal came out he was calling for anumber I did not have. The order was missing its onion rings, so I assumed it wasn 't mine. After 5 minutes I went to the kitchenand said that burger is probably mine but there 's no onion rings with it. I waited another seven minutes when they finally cameout with my order in a bag and slapped it down and said, here . I asked if I could get a tray. He replied, I haven 't gottime for this . At this point the burger was cold, so I asked for my money back. He stated, he wouldn 't do it but his managerwould. The entire time I was getting my refund, he walked around the kitchen complaining about me at the top of his lungs. Ahyes, service with a smile. I got my money back. What a disappointment! I will never go into this Whataburger again! Anincompetent punk with attitude.
I literally tried to buy food from these people when the dining room was closed by walking from my hotel room. And was told that they could not sell to me if I was not in a car. Despite the fact that I had a $20 that I showed them. I was staying at a nearbyhotel without a car and this was the only place open ?24 hours?. But I guess only for people in cars. I love Whataburger and wasexcited as an out of towner to have one, but am extremely disappointed that 24 hrs excludes people not in a car and they do notwant cash payment. If I could give zero stars I would.
