You get to choose from two vegan protein sources: Tofu or Falafel. I ordered the Buddha Bowl, which came with a spicy peanut sauce over noodles and assorted vegetables. My wife got the Teriyaki bowl, which was loaded with a mix of vegetables. We both chose the falafel, which turned out to be moist and flavorful.
I discovered a hidden gem: Tofu in the southern states. However, I would not recommend it. The tofu was served raw and cold, as if it had been sitting out all day. The dish included avocado, greens, cilantro vinaigrette, napkins, and a lack of customer service. They also insisted that it only came with rice and corn, but my order arrived with just a bowl of corn and uncooked tofu. I do not recommend dining here.
5 Star Airport vegan food=3.5 Star regular vegan food. Baja burrito and juices/smoothies were good. The staff was nice. Would come back
I was at C terminal but I had to make the trek to this place since my terminal didn’t have options. This is not a far walk from the C terminal. I added a few pictures of the menu, I got the Baja burrito and it was the bomb! Suuuuper tasty! One of the better burritos I’ve had. I really wanted to try one of the soups but they were all out unfortunately, but that means they must have been really good! Give it a try! I wish I had this place e near me!
