We decided to have a late dinner at Lisa's Krog. It can be hard to find places open on a Friday evening in this region, but Lisa's Krog was open and offered a delicious buffet at a very affordable price (85 SEK, all inclusive). They also have an à la carte menu for those who want something different, as well as sandwiches and a children's menu (where small children can eat for free with their parents). I was particularly impressed by the onion soup, which was better cooked than what I've had in Paris. The fried fish with remoulade and roasted pork with rose pepper and brown cream sauce were also delicious, thanks to the fine quality of ingredients. I also enjoyed trying the four types of cabbage salad and the good bread and coffee. Lisa's Krog also serves breakfast and has all the information, including menus, available on their Facebook page. The cozy and fresh atmosphere inside makes it feel more like a relaxing restaurant or a romantic café than a truck stop, though I'm sure truck drivers would appreciate the food. You can find Lisa's Krog in Hove by looking for the blue house next to the orange Ingo gas station, which also has a little shop where you can buy herbal teas and other interesting items. The existence of such a place, especially on E20, made me a happier person.
A semester in Augusti at 15. Nästan folk tomatoes but ändå a timmes väntan on the mat.
The food was decent, but I wouldn't consider it a restaurant. There was no background music, which made it quite dull. The food wasn't very fresh, but the place was fairly clean. The kiosk was decent, but their selection was limited. If you're out on the street and need to use the restroom or grab a drink, this place would be sufficient.
Buffet all day, delicious food, breakfast and cozy interieur. beautiful, child-friendly and cheap!
